semi-private training

 Our semi-private training sessions are conducted live on Zoom every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm, allowing for real-time interaction with your personal trainer and fellow participants. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and get guidance throughout the session. The convenience of participating from home eliminates the need to commute to a gym, making it easier to fit regular workouts into your schedule and stay consistent with your training.

During these sessions, you will be working out alongside a small group of individuals anywhere from 3-10 people who share similar fitness goals and abilities. 

One of the key advantages of our semi-private training program is the access to our muscle and motion app. This app ensures that you always know what exercises to perform and how to execute them correctly. It serves as a comprehensive guide, providing detailed instructions and demonstrations for each workout.

With our muscle and motion app, you can stay on track even on days when you can't join us for training sessions. Whether you're at home or traveling, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to complete your workouts independently. This accessibility empowers you to maintain your fitness routine consistently and achieve your goals.

Our app will be shared on screen during the live sessions and also can be downloaded to your personal devices. 

Semi-private training in the context of personal training offers a unique approach to fitness. It begins with everyone starting off with foam rolling, which helps relax tight muscles and improve flexibility. Following this, individuals engage in basic movement prep exercises and/or corrective exercises that specifically target their movement limitations.

These exercises serve as the foundation for future training sessions, as they are utilized for warm-ups until individuals have progressed enough to introduce different exercises. This personalized approach ensures that each participant receives tailored guidance and support, helping them overcome their specific challenges and achieve their fitness goals.

You get a new 4 weekly plan that gets harder gradually to keep you injury-free as we address any weakness or imbalances. As we strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and build muscle, your physique will transform too.

 

We charge £350 per person every 4 weeks which is broken down as follows:

2 one hour training sessions each week conducted live on zoom.

Customised warm ups, mobility, flexibility and exercises.

Access to our muscle and motion app so you can stay on track even on days when you can't join us for live training sessions.

Access to our exclusive Quantum Nutrition Master Class Course, Healthy Habits, Recovery and Mindset Strategies to optimise your results.

For those individuals who want to train more than twice a week, we also will provide custom exercise programs for 3,4,5 and 6 days a week through our app to use whenever it is convenient for them as part of our services.
